Dr Fiona Johnson

MBBS (HONS) FANZCA

Dr Johnson trained through the Alfred Hospital in Melbourne and completed her Fellowship year at Perth Hospital in 2000.

She then worked as a full time Specialist Anaesthetist at The Alfred from 2001-2005 where her main areas of interest were Cardiothoracic Anaesthesia as well as Anaesthesia for Trauma and Burns.

In 2005 Dr Johnson spent a year working as a Cardiothoracic Anaesthetist in the UK, before returning to Australia and entering Private Practice in 2007.

Her areas of interest include Vascular Anaesthesia, Anaesthesia for Obstetrics and Gynaecology, ENT, Plastic Surgery and Orthopaedics.

Dr Johnson still works regularly at The Alfred as a visiting Anaesthetist.

Outside of work she enjoys running, playing golf and is a keen St Kilda supporter.
