Bronwyn completed her undergraduate medical training at Monash University and graduated in 1992, and then went on to further postgraduate studies in Anaesthesia and received her Fellowship in 2001.

Since then, she has worked in the United Kingdom, contributed to Aid work in East Timor, the Pacific Islands and Nauru, held a public appointment in the Geelong Hospital, and now works in private practice in Melbourne.

Her areas of interest include obesity, cosmetics and obstetrics and is currently undertaking studies in Medical Law.
